Pressure Washing & Cleaning - Full building wash-downs, paving, fencing, brick-work etc.
Painting - External painting are based on individual requirements (to be discussed).
Landscaping - Options available on request
Boutique Fencing - Special requirements for needs will be discussed on an individuals needs.
General Repairs - Anything that you may need or require. All efforts will be made to repair/replace, if the work is deemed beyond Scott's capabilities or scope, Scott will inform you of just that.
Clothesline Installations - Wall hung and Rotary clothes lines.
General Building Work - Special requirements for needs will be discussed on an individuals needs.
Lawn Installation - Roll out lawn only. All preparation work to completion including pop up irrigation..
Minor Paving & Tiling - Repairs to paving and tiled areas. If the work is deemed beyond Scott's capabilities or scope, Scott will inform you of just that.
Shade Cloth - Shade Cloth replacement
Plumbing - Plumbing repairs. Clarification on request.
Irrigation - All your irrigation needs from dripper lines to pop up automated systems.
Stormwater Repairs and Installation - All Storm-water repairs and installations. If the work is deemed beyond Scott's capabilities or scope, Scott will inform you of just that.
Fly-Screen Repairs/Replacement - All fly-screen replacements including beaded windows and security doors but not not pull up cavity window/fly-screens.
Internal Work
Painting - All interior painting from one wall to the entire house
Blind Installation - Replacement of roller blinds and installation of new. Vertical blinds should be measured and quoted by professional blind experts.
Picture Hanging - If something belongs on a wall, we will hang it.
Doors - Hanging of doors and installation of door handles and locks. If the work is deemed beyond Scott's capabilities or scope, Scott will inform you of just that.
Plumbing Repairs - From sink waste replacement, washers, tap replacements and undersink plumbing repairs/replacement.
General Building Work - Anything that you may need or require. All efforts will be made to repair/replace, if the work is deemed beyond Scott's capabilities or scope, Scott will inform you of just that.
Minor Tiling - Tiling replacement/repairs only, not complete tiling work.
Silicon Replacement - Remove and replace silicon from showers/baths to bench-tops and vanity areas.
Fly-Screen Repairs/Replacement - All fly-screen replacements including beaded windows and security doors but not not pull up cavity window/fly-screens.
Gyprock Repairs - All Gyprock repairs but not ceiling replacement.
TV Mounting - Mounting of TV brackets to walls.
